Metro Buffet & Grill is Eaton is introducing “Made in Hong Kong” Seafood Buffet, offering the taste of classic local fares with a twist.
For instance, the Wok-fried Green Mussels with Crispy Garlic and Chilli, also nicknamed “typhoon shelter-style fried mussels”, is an iconic dish served in floating restaurants adjacent to the typhoon shelter in Causeway Bay during the 90s.
Similarly, the Stir-fried Clams with Black Bean Sauce is also a must-try dish if you’d like to enjoy the authentic taste of Hong Kong. This dish is often served in hawker centers in Hong Kong and now you can taste it in Eaton’s more comfortable setting.
Apart from a series of signature “Made in Hong Kong” seafood dishes, you will also find tempting seafood platters, refreshing salads, as well as a host of sweet desserts.
